Payments, refunds and withdrawal rights
Last updated:
No voluntary refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies to workspace and storage subscriptions, renewals, and AI wallet purchases. We do not offer voluntary refunds for unused subscription time, unused wallet credit, a change of mind, or cancellation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund charges already processed. Mandatory consumer rights described below remain unaffected.
Swedish consumer rights apply
slAIdes is a digital presentation workspace. This policy does not restrict any mandatory right under Swedish consumer law, including statutory withdrawal, conformity and remedy rights.
Before payment, we ask whether you want the service to start immediately. If you expressly request that start and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may end when the digital service is fully performed, the statutory exception may apply. If the service is not fully performed, or if the legal conditions are not met, withdrawal and proportional payment rules may still apply. To exercise a right or report a nonconforming service, contact us through the contact page with your order details.
Subscription renewals and cancellation
Workspace access for new accounts and additional storage capacity are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; the current paid period remains available through its end. Cancelling does not remove any statutory withdrawal, conformity or refund right that applies to a charge already processed.
How to exercise a withdrawal right
If the statutory withdrawal period applies, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to tell us clearly that you withdraw. Email support@slaides.app with your name, account email, order ID and the date of purchase. You may use the wording: “I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for slAIdes, order [ID], purchased on [date].” We will acknowledge your request and process any amount due under the applicable Swedish rules.
If you asked us to start a service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before it is fully performed, the law may require payment for the proportion already supplied. If a digital service is fully performed after the required express consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal exception described above may apply.
Billing questions and disputes
For duplicate charges, a payment that failed to deliver the purchased entitlement, or another billing error, contact us via the contact page with the order ID. We will investigate the transaction and correct verified fulfilment errors. Unresolved payment disputes may be handled by Stripe and can temporarily suspend access while reviewed.
